Image Quality

Product images may use older or lower-resolution source photos. The printed cutout reflects the quality of the original image. We recommend viewing the zoomed product images on a desktop browser for the most accurate representation of what you will receive.

Turnaround & Shipping

Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the selected carrier. The customer acknowledges that carrier delays are outside our control and are not the responsibility of Cutout Place.

Delivery

For apartment complexes and multi-unit buildings, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes signature confirmation to prevent lost packages. PO Box addresses can only be shipped via USPS. Signature is not required by default unless added by the customer.

Folds & Flat Shipping

All cutouts are folded at the 1/3 and 2/3 marks for standard shipping. Fold lines are unavoidable. For customers who require an unfolded cutout, flat shipping is available starting at $250+ via freight/trucking service.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Cutouts are frequently purchased for single-use events, and we are unable to resell returned items.

Damaged Items

If your cutout arrives damaged, you must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damage and packaging. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be honored.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

International shipping is available. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and VAT fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
