What is the quality of the cutout images?
Our cutouts use photos that may not always be studio quality. The images represent how the cutout will look from approximately 6 feet away. We recommend viewing the zoomed product images on a desktop for the most accurate representation.
Will my cutout have fold lines?
Yes. All cutouts are folded at the 1/3 and 2/3 marks for shipping. Fold lines are unavoidable with standard shipping. If you need an unfolded cutout, flat shipping is available starting at $250+ via trucking service.
How thick is the cardboard?
Our cutouts are printed on corrugated cardboard that is approximately 0.15 inches thick — sturdy enough to stand on its own with the included easel back.
What kind of finish do the cutouts have?
All cutouts have a satin finish. Please note this may show some glare when viewed under certain lighting angles.
How does the easel back work?
Each cutout comes with a cardboard easel attached to the back. Simply unfold it and swing it out 90 degrees from the cutout, then lock it in place. This allows the cutout to stand freely on any flat surface.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. Our cutouts are often purchased for one-day events such as parties, graduations, and celebrations, so all sales are final. Please review the product images carefully before ordering.
