Processing Time
All orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options
USPS
Our most affordable option. Typically under $10 with 1–3 day delivery for most domestic addresses.
FedEx / UPS
More reliable tracking and faster delivery. Higher cost than USPS. Overnight shipping available starting around $65.
Flat Shipping (Unfolded)
For customers who need their cutout shipped without folds. Starts at $250+ and ships via freight/trucking service.
International
We ship worldwide. International rates vary by destination. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and VAT fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Good to Know
- •All cutouts are folded at the 1/3 and 2/3 marks for standard shipping.
- •PO Box addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
- •Apartment complexes — consider adding signature confirmation to avoid lost packages.
- •Signature is not required by default unless you add it at checkout.
